The past year was marked by meaningful achievements and heartfelt moments. One particularly special occasion was the celebration of Ms. Brigitta Dew’s 10-year anniversary as a dedicated member of our patient service team. Over the past decade, Brigitta has become a familiar and trusted presence at our front desk. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care have left a lasting impression on countless returning patients. We are equally grateful for her role as a patient advocate, guiding new patients through the clinic and ensuring a welcoming and reassuring first impression.
Reflecting on 2025, we are proud to share several key accomplishments. Among them is the significant improvement in our Google rating, which reflects the trust and satisfaction of our patients. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to share feedback and encouragement, your input helps us grow and continuously improve our services.
In line with our commitment to excellence, we implemented a range of interdisciplinary initiatives throughout the year to further enhance service quality and the overall patient experience. The positive feedback we received has been both motivating and deeply appreciated.
Another major focus in 2025 was the strengthening of our quality and safety management systems. We have achieved a significant milestone in the ongoing reorganisation and enhancement of our quality management (QM) processes, further reinforcing patient safety and clinical excellence.
Advancing toward Precision Medicine, we also made significant progress in cancer therapy. By implementing tumour genetic testing, we are now able to offer highly individualized immunomodulatory treatments tailored to the specific biology of each tumour. This approach allows for more targeted biological therapies, improving both effectiveness and patient outcomes.
As we move into 2026, our goals are forward‑looking and firmly rooted in our mission. A key priority is the expansion of the Paracelsus Academy, with a strong focus on international collaboration and innovation in medical education. We are preparing 5‑day Study Tours for international medical professionals, along with advanced online modules that are currently under development. We also warmly welcome more medical practitioners to participate in our programs.
In parallel, we continue to expand our global presence. We are delighted to share that a Paracelsus franchise clinic has opened in Xiamen, China. Throughout 2026, we are committed to supporting this clinic in establishing a Center of Excellence for Biological Medicine. We warmly encourage our patients and partners to visit the clinic in Xiamen, southern China.
In addition, we are launching a new medical expert interview series dedicated to current biomedical topics. In these episodes, Dr. Sonja Lewandowski the director of the Paracelsus Academy will speak with experts from our clinic, exploring key questions and developments in modern Biological Medicine. The series aims to provide clarity, insight, and practical knowledge from across all departments at the Paracelsus Clinic.
